I don't know how to configure that on your EPrint environment, but usually
there is a place where you can to indicate the URL OAI.
Considering that your DSpace installation is at:
http://ir.uz.ac.zw/jspui
then, your URL OAI is
http://ir.uz.ac.zw/oai/request
You can manually test using some verbs (command to OAI/PMH) in your
browser. For example:
http://ir.uz.ac.zw/oai/request?verb=Identify
or
http://ir.uz.ac.zw/oai/request?verb=ListMetadataFormats
or
http://ir.uz.ac.zw/oai/request?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc
