Hi Ivan The tables seem to correspond with the settings in my config file. My config file though is setup according to the manual not the config file. See: http://wiki.lib.sun.ac.za/index.php/SUNScholar/Indexes
Since I setup my BI according to the manual there are no pgsql errors anymore. The old log is available from here: http://staff.lib.sun.ac.za/~hgibson/tmp/ To big to attach.
