I'm not sure if this problem is a reported problem. When I edit and Item and then choose the Item Bitstreams tab the message property items xmlui.administrative.item.EditItemBitstreamsForm.order_up and xmlui.administrative.item.EditItemBitstreamsForm.order_down are not being displayed. I've checked the message properties file and they are listed but still not displayed. Anyone else seeing this issue.
