1) Again, this would be trivial in DSpace 3.0 / OAI 2.0
2) I don't think it's possible without changing Java code (but I've
been wrong before ;)) - if you can't wait, turn to @mire
3) I don't think there is dc:url, the correct field would be dc.relation.uri
