Log in as the user who owns the file, then you should be able to edit
it. Assuming you're on a unix-like system:
1) find out who you're logged as by running the "whoami" command
2) find out who owns the dspace.cfg file ("ls -l dspace.cfg" while
you're in the "config" directory)
