Hi Karen, Is there anything reported in the dspace or tomcat logs when your site starts to have issues?
Here's a guide for locating error messages in the dspace/tomcat logs: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSPACE/Troubleshoot+an+error If you can forward to this mailing list any errors appearing in the logs, we may be able to narrow down what the issue could be. But, unfortunately without more information, it may be rather difficult for us to guess what is going on.
