Dear Hilton,
thanks for the tip, but we no longer have the dspace.log.* files, only the
dspace-log-general*.dat and dspace-log-monthly*.dat files.
Anyway, the old stats module is still available through /dspace/bin/dspace
stat-general, etc.
best wishes, Francis

Hello everyone,
We are currently in the process of upgrading our dspace 1.5.2. server to dspace
1.8.2. Apparently it must be possible to use the previous statistics. Do we
need the actual dspace log files for that, or is it possible to use the *.dat
files the previous stats module extracted from the dspace logs? We no longer
have all dspace logs.
Or alternatively, could we continue using the previous stats module?
Best wishes, Francis Brouns
