We are trying to create a routine to import data to our DSpace (JSPUI version 1.6.2), using CSV files. The items we will import don't have a file to be uploaded, this file will be provided after, manually. Because of this, we need that the import workflow don't come to an end to the next revision step (would stay in "stand-by"). Is it possible to make the import process of these items (that will be associated to an e-person e-mail address) stop after the metadata are filled, in a way that the user himself, owner of the item, can provide the file to upload and just then complete the process to start the revision step?
