about this particular method of import.

Just to add a few notes of my own:
* the spreadsheet needs to have a specific format (e.g. you have to
change "ContributorAuthor" to "dc.contributor.author" etc)
* while you can edit it in Excel, you have to save it as .csv file, not .xls
* this will help you import the metadata, but the corresponding
bistreams have to be uploaded one by one after you import the metadata
