Dear Sherman When creating a collection, you have to create an electronic workflow for each collection.
1. Give the Submitters submission rights. They have to register first so that you can see them as an e-person when assigning rights. 2. Setup the workflow as follows: Submit (Library staff and other end-users) Workflow Step 2: Accept/Reject/Edit Metadata (Reviewer) Workflow Step 3: Edit Metadata (Cataloguers) 3. Assign specific persons to each of the above. 4. Once the metadata editor/cataloguer has had a look at the record, they can approve it and commit to archive. Only then it will be visible to the rest of the world.
