Hello All,
I recently upgraded to 1.8.2, from a 1.5 box and after the upgrade there were
some problems with viewing submission in the XMLUI
(http://dr.library.brocku.ca/) . In particular submissions that need to be
approved were not showing up. Logging in and getting redirected to
/xmlui/submissions only shows a list of already accepted submissions submitted
by that user but not the submissions they can take from the pool and work on.
It is especially weird because if it's the old style UI the submission are
there (/jspui/mydspace)
Any ideas what might be causing the problem? I started with the 1.8.2 skin
out of the box and customized a couple of colors but didn't hack any of the
components. I enabled Discovery as per the instructions on the wiki and
disabled the Search aspect in xmlui.xconf but I'm not even sure that would
affect anything. I don't think it is a permission issue (ie the account
doesn't have clearance to sign off on the submission) since it is presented in
the JSPUI without problems?
Any idea what might be causing these troubles? Or which component of DSpace
might even be responsible for this problem?
