Hi Jose,

In DSpace 3.0, this is what I see:

My Account
  Logout
  Profile
  Submissions

I'll show you an example how to achieve this order (it's trivial to shuffle
the items):

My Account
  Profile
  Submissions
  Logout

<xsl:template match="dri:options//dri:item" mode="nested" priority="3">
  <xsl:choose>
    <xsl:when test="dri:xref[@target='/logout']">
    </xsl:when>
    <xsl:when test="dri:xref[@target='/submissions']">
      <li><a
href="/submissions"><i18n:text>xmlui.Submission.Navigation.submissions</i18n:text></a></li>
      <li><a
href="/logout"><i18n:text>xmlui.EPerson.Navigation.logout</i18n:text></a></li>
    </xsl:when>
    <xsl:otherwise>
      <li>
        <xsl:apply-templates />
      </li>
    </xsl:otherwise>
  </xsl:choose></xsl:template>

Here's what it does:
1) if it sees the logout link, it hides it
2) if it sees the submissions link, it renders it and it renders the logout
link after it
3) it renders anything else as it normally would
