Hi Faramarz,
you have to be more specific:
1) What did you do?
2) What did you expect to happen?
3) What actually happened?
A common problem is that the language is selected automatically, as
described in the second paragraph ("The interface will automatically
determine...").
Regarding the subject of your message - yes, it is possible to use a
different look for specific item (or community/collection), but it's
not done by changing the used theme, the change is within the theme
you're using.
