OK, I can confirm this. First I launched Firefox 10 on Windows 7 and couldn't reproduce the problem. Firefox then updated to version 14 and I'm getting the problem as you described it. Then it updated again to 17 and the problem continues to appear. You should report this in Jira. I'm trying to figure out how to get rid of the problem.
