I am trying without success to implement a local controlled vocabulary for
authors of legal pleadings. Steps so far:

   1. In [dspace]/config/dspace.cfg, set webui.controlledvocabulary.enable
   = true
   2. Created my own controlled vocabulary in
   [dspace]/config/controlled-vocabularies/huauthor.xml
   3. Modified [dspace]/config/input-forms.xml to specify local controlled
   vocabulary for dc.contributor.author
   4. Restarted Tomcat --> no joy; therefore, performed simple rebuild, but
   again no joy.

Here is a snippet of what I get:

Where "Subject Categories" is a link that performs no action. Code behind
the link:
http://localhost:8080/xmlui/handle/11111/273/submit/vocabulary:http://[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]:8080/xmlui/JSON/controlled-vocabulary?vocabularyIdentifier=huauthor&metadataFieldName=dc_contributor_author

Still in a testing environment:
Mac OS X 10.7.5, Java 1.6.0_37, DSpace 3.0, XMLUI Mirage with Discovery
enabled. Browser (Chrome) has Javascript enabled.
