i got it right. I changed my host url from localhost to my serverip in dspace.cfg and my feedback page is working fine now. What i did is as follows
dspace.hostname = (from localhost to myserverip) dspace.baseurl = (from http://localhost:8080 to http://myserverip:8080) dspace.url = (from http://localhost:8080/jspui to http://myserverip:8080/jspui) mail.allowed.referrers = localhost,myserverip Thanks for the support.
