So I ingested each record from individual files to identify
problematic records and the one thing the records have is common is
that they all have text enclosed in double quotes somewhere within the
text (see attachment), and true to that, removing the quotes solves
the problem.
Could someone help me understand why metadata-import is refusing to
ingest records with field contents enclosed in double quotes? I cannot
find anything helpful in the 'config/modules/bulkedit.cfg' file.

Slutsats:
checklistan. |||Background: WHO's checklist is a tool intended to reduce
complications associated with surgical procedures. Studies have shown that the
checklist not only improves patient safety, but also contribute to better
communication and teamwork. Aim: The purpose of this study was to examine
theatre nurse consider about the use of WHO's checklist for surgery and if they
think it affects patient safety and teamwork. Method: Descriptive survey study
with quantitative data. Completed at a hospital in central Sweden as a census
survey. The questionnaire was distributed to 102 theatre nurses. Overall
response rate was 59.8% (n = 61). Result: Showed a better compliance of the use
of the checklist in elective surgery compared to the acute. Seventy-five per
cent felt that the checklist improved safety for the patient and fifty per cent
agreed completely that it also improves teamwork. The checklist was considered
by seventy percent do not delay work on the operating room. Uncertainties were
highlighted in terms of who is responsible for execution of the checklist, then
fifty-five percent felt that this was unclear. Conclusions: The results suggest
that there is a good compliance in terms of "time out" in elective surgery and
that it is often "sign out" that are not implemented. Another factor, which
also was highlighted, was that it was not clear who is responsible for the use
of the checklist. $$$$$$2012$$$Student

makes them live longer. Old age is no longer in symbiosis with the illness and
death, but of freedom and happiness. As more people become older, the number of
retirees is increasing as more people get older and are likely to create major
competence losses in organizations. Recent debates reflected discussions about
opportunities to work longer since yesterday's work reflects the current
retirement age. Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to increase
understanding of organizations' views of competence and for which methods and
strategies used in the transfer. Furthermore, the focus is on preservation of
elder employees' competence within the organization, to show which will the
elderly have to extend their working lives, and which interest organizations
have to retain their competence. Method: In order to answer our purpose, we
have an inductive approach where our qualitative interviews formed the basis
for the paper structure. Our study is a mix of multi-case study and
cross-sectional design since our purpose is not to generalize but to create a
better understanding. Conclusion: There is an awareness of coming retirements
within organizations. However, they have no expressed strategies or methods for
how to deal with competence loss linked to retirements. We have seen that
competence, competence-transfer and will are connected and cannot be separated
from each other. Unless organizations at the management level know what
competence they are talking about, it is also difficult to know what is
important to transfer. Even though willingness to work with such activities are
essential for a strategic effort to become feasible. There is also a will for
elderly to extend their working life, but the will is blocked by inflexible
attitudes and values in the society. Society tends to put expiration dates on
things, also in organizations. System should be individualized to minimize
competence loss and maximize the level of competence in organizations.
