Hi Azhar,
just click on Login and "Forgot your password?" and enter your email.
A new password will be emailed to you, assuming you have the outgoing email
server configured correctly in your dspace.cfg.
If that doesn't work, you can always add an administrator by running cd
[dspace]\bin\ dspace create-administrator
