However, I would like to be able to make the requirement to upload a file dependant on collection. Today there is - AFAIK - only one general setting (3.1 XMLUI) in the dspace.cfg: webui.submit.upload.required = true/false I think it would be a nice improvement of the DSpace submission process configuration options if I could have a different setting for some of my collections.
