helix84,

I have added a checkbox to the discovery search page, and I want to append
a condition based on whether that checkbox is checked to the query
submitted by the user. Basically one of the filters I want to offer the
user has two possible values - "Peer Reviewed" or null, and instead of
having the user enter "Peer Reviewed" in the filter input box, I want him
to be able to just have him check a checkbox. Do I need to still create
the filter in order to do something like this:

query= "science AND peer:'Peer Reviewed'"

Do you see where I'm going with this?

Thank you!
Jose
