I looked at the screenshot and the fields displayed there are dc.title and dc.contributor.author. If in your case these are empty, you have to replace them with your custom fields in the theme. If you had this working before, just do the same customization to the new theme. For example, in the Mirage theme you seem to use, this particular occurence is defined in this file:
