I was running
./bin/dspace update-discovery-index -b
in production today, and I was accessing the website to see the number of
titles increase to get an idea of when it would finish, and tomcat went
down. I saw inm the log file an error message of "Too many open files".
I'm thinking that my accessing solr via the web crashed tomcat. Does this
sound familiar. Any advice?
