I am trying to configure the handle server on a DSpace 1.8.2 instance
running on Windows Server 2003, however, I am running into a bit of
issues here. I tried looking up older posts but was unable to find
anything relevant other than this post [1] which, unfortunately, does
not have an associated solution.
Starting Handle Server results in message below on terminal.
