Not so strait as that. If the record doesn't contain no field with that
data it will be filtered out from the list.
By another perspective, all items shown will contain at least one field
DC.rights.restricted with free word on it.
Imagine you have some record with two DC. Righs. Restricted values (free
and closed, for example ) it will be shown.
