I have made a modification in DCInput.java that changes what is shown in
the submission form depending on who is logged in. This page should look
differently for each user, but what I'm seeing is that once DCInput runs by
one user, the Describe Page gets cached and so the same page is shown for
each user, so how do I make it so that every time a user does a submission,
DCInput.java gets executed.
