Please, always reply to dspace-tech. What is your value of solr.url in [dspace]/config/modules/oai.cfg? It should be this: solr.url=http://localhost:8080/solr/oai not this: solr.url=http://openaccess.iyte.edu.tr:8080/solr/oai
