All the collections in our system include /dc.student.class/. To make it visible we added it in dspace.cfg /webui.itemlist.columns = thumbnail, dc.date.issued(date), dc.title, dc.contributor.*, dc.student.class/
Now we have another collection 'Meeting minutes' which includes /time/ but no /student.class/or author.
