It looks correct. 1) Does the specific _item_ you're trying to access the READ right for the SplGrp group? 2) Is there any address translation (NAT) between the client (10.10.50.201) and DSpace? 2a) Check dspace.log to see what DSpace sees as your address. 2b) Also look for any errors and messages there.
