Hi,
just from a fast check of your "input-forms.xml" file, I noticed that you are
using some xml elements that are not recognised by DSpace. For your custom
schema "ed" do not use elements such as "ed-schema", "ed-element" etc. just use
the "dc-schema", "dc-element" fields as for the dc schema.
Also, make sure that there is no typo in the fields that you have declared in
the "input-forms.xml" based on the schema field registry that you declared via
the admin panel.
