Hi Kirti,
here's the query (for Postgres) to get item_ids of all withdrawn items:
SELECT item_id FROM item WHERE withdrawn = 't';
You can export a single item in Simple Archive Format this way:
[dspace]/bin/dspace export -t ITEM -i [item_id] -d /save/export/here -n 1
Depending on why you're doing the export, you may want to also use the
-m flag, so check the documentation [1].
You can generate commands for all 700 items this way using SQL (the
export will take some time, but it should work fine):
SELECT '[dspace]/bin/dspace export -t ITEM -i ' || item_id || ' -d
/save/export/here -n 1' FROM item WHERE withdrawn = 't';
