we had to add https trust certificates for 1.8.2, something like
https://svn.ms.mff.cuni.cz/redmine/projects/dspace-modifications/repository/revisions/41a7d675ce35e01365b82b8635a3220bc934600b/diff/sources/dspace-api/src/main/java/org/dspace/ctask/general/BasicLinkChecker.java
