Thanks helixes,
To brief you I was taking someone’s style.css from somewhere(dsapce site) and 
put in to  my  /dspace/webapps/xmlui/themes/Mytheme/lib/css
and it disables or removes  the top level communities that are displayed on the 
front page of my local site and it was  the reason Iam asking you such a  
question.

happy if you can assist me on this context.
