Hi David,
I don't think I've seen this exact error before, so right now just guessing
in two directions:
- *permissions*: Has anything changed with regards to folder permissions?
Or compared to your previous 3.1 build that was working, are you now
executing some commands (ant, maven, tomcat start/stop) from a different
user account?
- *looking in the wrong folders*: did anything change with regards to your
build process or your tomcat deployment? It may help if you provide some
more details on your setup and where/how maven, ant and tomcat are executed.
