On our test system I have enabled the "simple" embargo option.
DSpace 3.2, Ubuntu 12.04.

How do we apply retroactive embargo settings.
Also how does a repository manager lift an embargo using the XMLUI?
Would it be possible to add embargoes to the curation task list?
