Yes, sorry, this is jspui.  The backslash was kindly added by my email
client!

Discovery *is* enabled, and my hunch (like yours) is that this was meant
for the old style browse.  I am hoping somebody can confirm that.

Ultimately, my goal is to have a similar display with

/browse?type=title

as I have with

/browse?type=dateissued

In the latter case, the columns are those specified by
webui.itemlist.columns.  In the former, I have just title...
