Though on a older version of DSpace software, I'm seeing a lot of this error
when running the dspace migrate command.
ERROR: filesize for /dspace_export/coll_997/1/dublin_core.xml is 0
And I can't figure out what is wrong with the dang thing. Any ideas?
Even after correcting the file-so we think we've corrected it, it still comes
up with this error here and there.
