Hello,
We have enabled discovery in Dspace and used Solr for browsing facets such as
author and subject for a while and using Dspace 3.0 with Dspace-Solr 3.5. I
recently noticed a problem when using “enter first few letters” with the
results of “Browsing by …”. Here is an example: Browse authors -> either
clicking the starting letter or enter letters in the search box -> just works
with list of items showing correctly. However, at this time, if I enter
something in the “enter first few letters” box, such as a co-author, and click
Go, no item shown in the result page although the message is showing like “Now
showing items 1-0 of 2”, which is rather confuse. However, I can still click
the starting letter on top of the page to exit, so it looks like the search
function is not working correctly. Any help on where I can lookup for clues?
