I have 69 items with embargoed items; I'd like to remove those embargoes.
In earlier versions of DSpace, I (thought I) could set the appropriate
text_value in the metadatavalue table and then run dspace embargo-lifter.
But now it looks like I'll have to visit each item and manually recreate
bitstream policies for every embargoed item.
Is there an easier way?
