Yes, I've defined URIEncoding="UTF-8" attribute in 8080 Connector
(server.xml file) .

In fact, I think that records are correctly indexed in solr, since I can
searched them correctly trought xmlui interface.

It seems that the problem is on the oai side, but I'm not sure...
