Depends on which stats you use. Assuming you use Solr stats, they live
in [dspace]/solr/statistics/. If you did ant_fresh install, you won't
have the old data there. If you did ant upgrade, the data should be
there. If you're not sure, could look at the data directly [1] to see
the number of logged usage events (Solr documents).

If you care about statistics, you should include this directory in
your backups. If anything happens to it, there is also a way to
reimport Solr stats from old dspace access logs, provided that you
keep them around.
