Hi: I have 4.1 running on Windows 7. So far, so good.
Except that the text from [dspace]/config/news-xmlui.xml is not displaying on the front page. Neither the downloaded version nor a custom version that worked in 3.2 are functional. The text is simply omitted. Consequently, the first words on the page are ... 'Communities in DSpace'. Has anyone else encountered this, and is there a fix?
