What are the items for which a user can request a copy. Does the request copy function become active if a user does not have access to a bitstream ALWAYS or does some other condition have to happen for the functionality to be enabled? Here at UM we have a similar flavor of request copy, but only items with certain metadata fields in it become "request copy items". So if an item is restricted so that the user can't access it, the user will only be give the option to request it if the item contains certain metadata, otherwise he will not be given access to the item.
Also what aspect has to be enabled for request copy to be available? Thank you!
