Hello David, OJS got some Import/Export features like the Quick Submit Plugin, maybe you can use some of these: http://pkp.sfu.ca/wiki/index.php/Importing_and_Exporting_Data
As far as I know you can not use OAI-ORE or Sword from DSpace to OJS.
