Try running the Solr optimize command as described in step 10 here:

Note that this may fail if you upgraded from DSpace older than 3 and
didn't run the optimize command during the 3->4 upgrade. In that case
you can either use Luke 3.5.0 to upgrade the index manually (shut down
DSpace while doing that) or temporarily downgrade to DSpace 3, run the
optimize command, return to DSpace 4 and run the optimize command
again.
