Dears
So, I have submit (or import) items, doi-organiser -l give a list DOIs,
marked to be updated. Nothing to see in test.datacite.org.
After updating DOis are marked to be registered in dspace and in
test.datacite.org represented as updated. Doi-organiser -r give now
message doi_already_exists (in logs) and nothing happens.
