Hi David,

I'm pretty sure this pull request will be accepted into DSpace 5. Many of
us (DSpace Developers) have just gathered in Helsinki Finland this past
week for OR2014, so the DSpace release process / release team for DSpace 5
will be gathering steam and members in the coming days and weeks.
(Everything essentially freezes/shuts down before a big conference as
people prepare/travel/present). If you were to pull/cherry-pick this patch
into your local instance now, you should be safe when it comes time to
upgrade.

The only close-to-opposing voice I've heard in this ticket is that some
people might want to indicate via the thumbnail that the full-text is
restricted. i.e. Having the thumbnail of restricted PDF to have a strike
out overlay, or to add a request-via-interlibrary-loan icon overlay. But
for the common use case, this pull request is sufficient.
