Dear Magnus,
At this point, I do not think there is a way to automatically map items from
your tab delimited file to DSpace collections.
There is a corresponding JIRA issue here:
https://jira.duraspace.org/browse/DS-1933 . At some point you will be able
to do what you want.
In the meantime, you can use BTE to import items in your DSpace instance
(https://wiki.duraspace.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=34640934)
You can apply filters in order to cut out items from your TSV files while
ingesting takes place. The only drawback is that you need to run the import
procedure as many times as the collections you need to put items in and
change the BTE filters in every run.
