Hi DSpacers, I know how to import items and I also know that DSpace has an Authority module, which enables me to use controlled vocabulary in several contexts. But I don't find any information about how to combine those two modules, i.e. how to import items, that have controlled subject headings for example without losing the key. Is it possible to import items with controlled vocabulary containing the corresponding keys? And if it is possible: how do I do that? I could change the Simple Archive Format, which I am using to import the items. I also do not understand how the authority file is determined - there is only one column in the DSpace database for the authority key. Is it possible to add more than one authority file containing the value (for example for authors: their ID in the LoC authority file and also their Orcid)? How do I know from which source the Key has been taken?
