Hi James, Those Zip files which Archivematica is referring to are being created by the AIP Backup and Restore process: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC4x/AIP+Backup+and+Restore
Specifically, if you are trying to export the *entire* site to AIPs to send to Archivematica, you'd look at these instructions: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC4x/AIP+Backup+and+Restore#AIPBackupandRestore-ExportingEntireSite By default, in DSpace, this can only be done via the Commandline. HOWEVER, it's also possible to export these AIPs from the DSpace Administrative User Interface, BUT you need to install a separate plugin to do so.
