Hi Anja et al, I found the problem: when upgrading, we created a new dspace home directory and didn't bring the solr/statistics/data folder over from the old one. I just copied it over manually, optimized, and it seems to have worked.
Is this the right approach, or is there a better way? Thanks everyone for your help.
